The number of calories you burn depends on your age, gender and size, but here are some estimates for an hour's worth of jumping rope for someone who weighs 190 pounds:
At a slow pace, 690 calories
At a moderate pace, 863 calories
At a fast pace, 1,035 calories

OPTIONS & RATES
Rene will customize a program to your needs. Below are basic options:
•Flat-fee rate for 90-minute clinic : $500.00 plus travel expenses & $5.00 per person for a take-home jump rope.
•Hourly rate plan: $15.00 per particpant (minimum of 30) plus travel expenses; includes take-home jump rope plus one instructional video for the coordinator.
•Customize your own workshop. Rene is always glad to discuss creative options that fit your needs.
